On the Investigator’s website [ http://www.cscc.unc.edu/hchs ] under the "About the Study" tab, the Public Manuals & Docs are available for review in the PDF format. Should an Investigator prefer to have a copy of the materials in Microsoft Word format, complete the web form below and a ZIP file will be provided by the Coordinating Center. This process will not provide any investigator with HCHS/SOL data. Data from the study, when available, can be obtained though the NHLBI at the Biologic Specimen and Data Repository Information Coordinating Center (BioLINCC) website https://biolincc.nhlbi.nih.gov website .
